Synopsis :
This is the tragic story of a lovely young girl of good character from a broken family. Her father’s new wife is a decent person, but the father is an alcoholic and a chronic gambler. He agrees with thugs to sell his daughter to a brothel in exchange for his gambling debts. One day, when out fishing with her father, they bundle her off to the brothel.

Through a series of events she soon manages to make through her escape and returns home exhausted from her ordeal, only to hear her parents arguing over her sale. For the first time she realizes there is no safety for her at home.
Her father tries to get her back, but her stepmother tells her to run away. She runs to a local young man who fancies her, hoping to become his wife, but he turns her down. He fears that she may have been with many men during her ordeal in the brothel. She sees only one option left and in her depression leaps to her death.
